Red Stars

1 Hour

Ages 6+ years


Beginner gymnastics provides an excellent foundation for your athlete's journey. Participants will learn to effectively navigate all gymnastics apparatus. Class time is dedicated to mastering fundamental skills on the bars, beam, floor, and vault. Each session lasts one hour and is held once a week. Gymnasts also have the option to enroll in multiple classes throughout the week.

White Stars

Ages 6+ years

Step two for beginner gymnastics presents a fantastic opportunity for your athlete to hone their gymnastic skills. In class, students concentrate on Beginner/intermediate techniques on bars, beam, floor, and vault. They will engage in strength and flexibility training to enhance their development in the sport. Each session runs for one hour and takes place weekly, with the option for gymnasts to participate in multiple classes throughout the week.

Blue Stars

Ages 6+ years


Intermediate gymnastics offers an exceptional setting for your athlete to refine their skills. In class, participants concentrate on perfecting Intermediate/advanced techniques on the bars, beam, floor, and vault. Strength training and flexibility play vital roles in the curriculum, significantly boosting the students' progress. Each session spans 1 hour and is conducted once or twice a week.

Pre-Team

2 hours

Pre-Team is the final steppingstone before joining our competitive squad. This class is designed to build strength, conditioning, flexibility, and advanced gymnastics skills, preparing athletes for the demands of competition. Each day, gymnasts train on all four events—bars, beam, vault, and floor—ensuring well-rounded development and continued progression.
