NINJA CLASSES
Ninja Classes are dynamic and exhilarating. They blend obstacle course training, free-form movement, gymnastics, and martial arts into an exciting experience. Ideal for energetic kids aged 4-17, these classes offer young ninjas the chance to master tumbling, kicking, and wall-flipping. Our dedicated coaches will guide them through rigorous activities until they’re ready to learn new skills. The essence of Ninja training is to navigate smoothly through various environments and obstacles with grace. Our program caters to all levels, from beginners to advanced, ensuring that classes are well-structured with safety always at the forefront.
Preschool Urban Ninja

Ages 4-5 years
This class is tailored to emphasize age-appropriate ninja excitement. Participants will delight in obstacle courses, gymnastics, and engaging adventurous challenges in the little ninjas class. Students will enhance their strength and flexibility through focused training. The curriculum covers essential skills that pave the way for various flipping drills and techniques. Classes are held once a week for one hour.
Beginner Urban Ninja

Ages 6+ years
The Beginner Ninja class is ideal for those just starting their ninja journey. To ensure the best experience, classes are organized by age group. In the Little Ninjas class, participants will enjoy obstacle courses, gymnastics, and engaging adventures that are both fun and challenging. Sessions are held once a week for sixty minutes. Each class emphasizes strength, flexibility, speed, agility, and the foundational skills essential to being a ninja.
Intermediate Ninja

The Intermediate Ninja class is perfect for experienced ninjas aiming to refine their abilities. To provide the most enriching experience for your ninja, classes are organized by age groups. Participants will enjoy navigating obstacle courses, practicing gymnastics, and engaging in both individual and team challenges. The Intermediate class begins to integrate flips suitable for both beginners and intermediates into the curriculum. Sessions occur once a week and last for sixty minutes each.
