Precision Gymnastics

Rancho Cucamonga, California

Welcome to
Precision

Gymnastics, tumbling and Urban Ninja for kids from walking through age 17 — built around what each age is developmentally ready for. Strength and coordination, focus and problem-solving, confidence and friendships, in a 20,000 sq ft facility made for it.

Why movement matters

We build more than gymnasts

Gymnastics asks a child to do something almost nothing else does: control their whole body through space, on purpose, over and over. That demand is why the sport carries so far beyond the gym.

01

Physical foundations

Gross and fine motor control, core and upper-body strength, flexibility, balance. Hanging, swinging, rolling and landing feed the vestibular and proprioceptive systems — the senses that tell a child where their body is and how it's moving.

02

Focus & problem-solving

Every skill is a sequence to remember and a problem to solve. Athletes hold multi-step directions in mind, plan a route through an obstacle, adjust after a miss, and try again — the same executive-function muscles school asks for.

03

Confidence & belonging

Skills are earned, not given. A child who works at something hard and finally lands it learns something about themselves that transfers — and they learn it alongside teammates, taking turns, cheering, waiting, trying again.

Staged by age

What each age is working on

Walking–5Preschool

The foundation years. Climbing, hanging and tumbling wire the balance and spatial systems while the brain is most plastic. Just as much of the work is social — separating from a parent, waiting a turn, following a two-step direction, and discovering that a body can be trusted.

6–9Academy · Ninja · Tumbling

The skill-hungry years. Children this age acquire movement patterns faster than at any later point. Leveled classes give them a visible ladder to climb, so effort and progress stay connected — and the strength, agility and air awareness they build here transfer into every sport they'll try.

10–17Academy · Team · Senior

The ownership years. Training gets longer and harder, and athletes start setting their own goals, managing nerves, and holding themselves to a standard. Whether they compete or not, they leave with a work ethic and a relationship to their own body that outlasts the sport.
