Staff Coaching Standards
- Keep athletes moving: set up side-stations (chinups/rope) if lines form.
- Ensure absolute safety: spot all inversion movements on bars/beam.
- No coach-to-coach conversations during class times.
Session Wrap-up
- Assemble group for 2 minutes of posture stretches.
- Clean up matting and return personal gear to lockers.
- Perform gymnast visual assessment checkoffs if in Week 4.
