Welcome to the Precision family
We take pride in providing an exceptional experience for every family, from the front office to the floor. Gymnastics builds strength, flexibility, coordination, fine and gross motor skills, confidence, teamwork and discipline — and charter funding makes that reachable for a lot more kids.
The policies below exist to keep the enrollment process simple, keep purchase orders accurate, and keep communication clear between Precision, your family and your charter school. They are in addition to the General Policies you acknowledged when completing your child's medical release.
The date that matters
The 27th
Purchase orders for the upcoming month must reach our office before the 27th. Miss it and your athlete is transitioned out of the charter program, and the card on file is charged for the upcoming month's tuition until a PO arrives.
It is the family's responsibility to request the PO from the charter school and to confirm it reached us.
Policies & guidelines
How charter enrollment works
Purchase orders
A PO must be received and approved before your child is allowed in class. Keeping an accurate PO on file at all times is the family's responsibility.
A PO may not exceed one month, and must reflect the correct month and the correct class. If a PO runs out, you either pay for the class directly or your child is dropped until a valid PO or payment arrives.
Once we have a PO for a particular class, we cannot change the class mid-month. You may drop and be charged only for days attended, but funds cannot be moved to another class — changing program or day requires a new PO.
Registration fee
The annual registration fee buys secondary insurance covering your child on our floor during class and open workout. Because the policy is purchased a year at a time, the fee is charged annually.
Drop for a month or more and come back within 12 months, and you won't pay it again until the quarter containing your original anniversary date. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Your charter may not cover it. If they don't, the fee is yours.
Flat monthly tuition
Every program bills at a flat monthly rate. Your tuition is the same whether that month holds three class meetings or five — holidays and scheduling even out across the year, which is what lets us hold pricing steady.
Students starting mid-month are prorated from their start date. Purchase orders must match the published monthly rate exactly; POs with incorrect amounts are returned for correction before they can be processed.
See current tuitionPayments, credits & refunds
Payment or a PO is due at sign-up. Without a valid PO the day before your start date, you pay out of pocket to hold the spot — and we refund you once the PO arrives.
A valid payment method must stay on your account at all times, starting the moment you enroll. No card on file means no reserved spot.
If Precision is open on a day your charter school is closed — a minor holiday, spring break — class still runs, your place is still held, and that day is still payable. If your charter won't include it in a PO, it's yours. Should a charter fail to pay a PO for any reason, we'll come to you directly.
Dropping a class
Class sizes are capped so every athlete gets a safe, genuinely instructional hour. That only works if we know who is coming.
If you need to drop — permanently or for a while — tell the front desk in advance. Until you do, you remain responsible for tuition.
Invoicing
We invoice at the end of each month, once classes have actually been delivered.
The payment deadline for every family is the 27th, and POs for the following month are due before that same date.
