Before your first class
New families-
Create your Parent Portal account
Set it up at the Customer Portal before booking. The account must be created by a parent or legal guardian — grandparents, relatives and other caregivers can only create one if they are the child’s legal guardian.
Have these ready:
- Parent or legal guardian name
- Phone number, address and email
- A secondary emergency contact — name and phone
- Student information

Book a free trial class
Once the account is complete, request a trial through the portal or call the front desk at (909) 483-8161. We’ll place your athlete in the right level after that first class.
